CWU Psychology Club
Our mission is to provide members with opportunities to interact with each other and with psychology department faculty in order to stimulate interest in the different ideas, aspects, and fields in psychology. We want to foster campus involvement, and provide members with exciting educational activities, community service opportunities, networking opportunities through our meetings, events, and at the Western Psychological Association conference each spring. We strive to extend our membership beyond the psychology department to include students from other disciplines, such as social services, family studies, and law and justice. Welcome to CWU Psychology Club.

Larissa Escamilla-Ocanas
Psych Club & Psi Chi President
Hello! My name is Maddy Martin, and I’m the president of the CWU Psychology Club this year! I am a pre-med student, which consists of my Psychology major and a Philosophy and Biology minor, and I am hoping to attend medical school after graduating from CWU, where I will (hopefully!) settle down into a career pertaining to Psychiatry. I love working out: the recreation center is like a second home to me due to how frequently I am in the gym (if you would ever like a gym partner, I’m always willing to try and help!)
Elijah Mulu
Club Vice President
Hi there, my name is Elijah Mulu. I am currently a psychology major trying to pursue a career in school psychology or counseling. I enjoy riding my bike a lot, and I am a big fan of the TV show "The Office".
